08.11.10 Safe Host, Suisse Romande’s Largest Data Centre Provider, Increases Its Capital to CHF 41 million
Plans-les-Ouates, Geneva – 8 November, 2010 In September 2010, Safe Host’s paid-up capital was increased by CHF 11 million. The amount of authorized capital, approved by the Board of Directors on 21st September, now stands at CHF 41 million.
This share capital increase is proof that Safe Host’s shareholders remain confident in both the company and the data centre industry. The capital will be instrumental in the further development of our business by strengthening our position in existing markets and pursue new developments.
“The injection of fresh capital allows us to take advantage of the opportunities that lie ahead of us and move us into a leading position in the Swiss data centre collocation industry”, Mr. Sikias , CEO said.
